Bio: Jordan Harvey, a defender from Major League Soccer's Colorado Rapids joins the Sounders on loan for the 2006 season.
Selected by Colorado as the ninth pick overall in the 2006 MLS Supplemental Draft, Harvey has started three matches with the Rapids Reserve recording two assists.
In his senior season at UCLA, Harvey was named Soccer America Player of the Week on October 5, 2005, and earned 2nd Team All-Pac-10 honors. Harvey was a member of UCLA's 2002 NCAA Championship squad and was part of the first class in UCLA history to win four conference titles.
Harvey has extensive international experience, playing with the U.S. youth teams at the U-14, U-16, U-17 and U-20 levels. As co-captain of the U.S. U-17 team in 2001, Harvey earned 23 caps leading the team to the World Championships.
