Bio: The Sounders have added second-year goalkeeper Ben Dragavon to the roster in 2007. Signed as an emergency keeper last season, Dragavon will back-up Chris Eylander this year. Dragavon finished his collegiate career at Western Washington University in 2005.
The Monroe, Wash. native finished his career as one of the top net minders in Viking history. Earning GNAC All League honors in each of his collegiate seasons, Dragavon was the GNAC Freshman of the Year in 2002. In 2002 and 2003 he was selected to the GNAC All-League First Team, and was a member of the GNAC All-League Second Team his junior year in 2004.
Dragavon is WWU's all time leader in career shutouts with 18, and is ranked second in the schools history in games played with 76. His career 1.38 goals against average is third best in school history.
