Seattle Sounders midfielder Hugo Alcaraz-Cuellar earned his second USL First Division team of the week selection this weekend.

He set up Greg Howes goal against Rochester Friday night and proved very dangerous on the right side of the offense.

The assist brings Alcaraz-Cuellar season total to three and ties him for second in the USL First Division. He’s started eight consecutive matches since joining the Sounders in the off-season.

The Sounders will be in action again on Wednesday May 23, 7pm at Qwest Field against the Carolina Railhawks.
