(Tampa, FL) - - The United Soccer Leagues has unveiled its new series of league logos and the new look of its website USLsoccer.com. The Seattle Sounders and 11 other teams will compete in the new USL First Division, formerly the A-League.
The release of the new logos and updated website is the completion of the re-branding process that began with the restructuring of its professional division in November to a two-tiered format that saw the league names become USL First Division and USL Second Division.

(Seattle, Wash.) - - Seattle Sounders Forward Craig Tomlinson teamed up with other Seattle celebrities for the Salvation Army's Celebrity Bell Ringing Day on December 7th outside of the downtown Seattle Nordstrom. The Early Bird Special includes two complimentary playoff tickets and the opportunity for discount parking ontop of your tickets for 14 regular season home matches at Qwest Field. Reserved season tickets are just $196. General admission season tickets are only $126. Fans who purchase a pair of season tickets also receive 10 general admission 2005 Opening Night tickets. After December 15th, the price of season tickets rises to $210 for Reserved and $140 for GA.
Other 2005 ticket packages include a six-game flex pack and two additional vouchers for $66; and a full season Youth Pass for children up to 18 years of age for just $50.

(Seattle, Wash.) - - The Major Indoor Soccer League announced its latest Players of the Week winners Monday. Sounders goalkeeper Danny Waltman earned Goalkeeper of the Week with the Chicago Storm of the MISL.
Waltman stopped 29 of 34 shots as Chicago enjoyed a hugely successful sweep through Baltimore and Philadelphia over the weekend. Waltman had 18 saves, including 10 in the fourth quarter, during the Storm’s 3-1 victory over the two-time defending MISL Champion Baltimore Blast on Nov. 13. The 23-year-old MISL rookie then stopped 11 of 15 shots when Chicago defeated previously-undefeated Philadelphia, 7-4 on Nov. 14.
