(Seattle, Wash.) - - The Seattle Sounders announced today changes made to the team’s home schedule during the month of August due to schedule conflicts at Qwest Field. Both of the home matches on August 12th and August 20th have been rescheduled one day earlier to accommodate both the Sounders and Qwest Field events.

The Seattle Sounders announced today the re-signing of midfielder Kevin Sakuda. A steady presence at midfield, Sakuda played in every match scoring one goal and adding one assist during the 2005 campaign, leading the Sounders to the 2005 USL First Division Championship.

The defending USL First Division Champions are scheduled to play six exhibition matches around the Northwest, including one against USL First Division rival the Vancouver Whitecaps and finish with Major League Soccer’s Chivas USA.
